Course Description:
The course explores how irregularities in neurological and developmental systems relate to perplexing behaviors and dysfunction and offers activities, strategies and compensations to reduce stress and improve function.
In this 24 - hour course you will due to translation:
Understand more about what behaviors can reveal about neurological irregularities using the HANDLE® paradigm. Specifically, we'll look at different sensory and organizational systems and discuss behaviors that may indicate irregularities in them
Course Content:
- Learn further signs of stress and interventions before the consequences manifest

About the Instructor:
Nancy is a Certified HANDLE® Practitioner, Screener and HANDLE Level Instructor. She is a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. Her HANDLE work has focused predominantly on children with significant neurological challenges, including "non-verbal", but her work also includes adults as well as children with various challenges. Nancy has been involved with HANDLE® since 2009.
Nancy is passionate about nutrition and holistic health. Food is medicine and the foundation for healing. Nancy is currently studying Holistic Herbalism.
Nancy has a background in Waldorf Education and spent her early childhood through high school graduation at the Kimberton (Farms) Waldorf School. She holds a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering and Chemistry.
