This course will be all online, including the practicum. Class will meet 2 hours every week for 40 weeks PLUS Additional meetings for the Practicum. Classes will be held on every Sunday, 1 pm - 3 pm Eastern USA time, starting on the 10th of November 2024.
Course Description
This course is for people who want to become providers of HANDLE Services.
This course will teach you how to carry out a HANDLE Screening and create a customized HANDLE program to address the issues you discover. The HANDLE Screening is for individuals from the age of five to end late in life, with mild to moderate challenges. The client is expected to be verbal, able to hold a pencil, follow instructions and can do some tasks at a table for approximately 45 minutes.
Completion of all course requirements enables you to be Certified as a HANDLE Screener by The HANDLE Institute® and use the HANDLE Screening Tool and Activities professionally.

Nancy is a Certified HANDLE® Practitioner, Screener and HANDLE Level Instructor. She is a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. Her HANDLE work has focused predominantly on children with significant neurological challenges, including "non-verbal", but her work also includes adults as well as children with various challenges. Nancy has been involved with HANDLE® since 2009.
Nancy is passionate about nutrition and holistic health. Food is medicine and the foundation for healing. Nancy is currently studying Holistic Herbalism.
Nancy has a background in Waldorf Education and spent her early childhood through high school graduation at the Kimberton (Farms) Waldorf School. She holds a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering and Chemistry.
